Do you have records for the archives?

Have you led a committee or team at church? Do you have photographs, newsletters, correspondence, financial statements, meeting minutes, and other documents from this work? The Archives and History Committee would like to help you organize Foundry's records! 

Whether they are in digital or paper form, we would like to work with you to document the history and work of Foundry. In order to remember our history, we have to document our work today. We preserve important records in the Archives out of a concern for the historical, legal, and fiscal needs of the church.

Please complete and submit the Records Transmittal Form, providing a summary of the non-current records that you have and your contact information. We will then schedule a time to meet with you and look at the records. We will review the documents and move the permanently valuable documents to the Archives at Foundry.

You may download the form here as a pdf and submit it electronically to or pick up the form at the Church Office and place it in the Archives and History Committee mail box. Please share this call with former Foundry folks who may have records as well.
