Confirmation

Confirmation Sunday – May 19, 2013

Confirmation is the time when a person makes the decision to respond to God’s grace by making an intentional commitment and publicly reaffirms his or her baptismal vows before the congregation. During the Confirmation journey, confirmands will learn the meaning of the Christian faith, the history and teachings of The United Methodist Church; and an explanation of the baptismal and membership vows the confirmand will profess.  Confirmation is an exciting and important time in the life of the congregation.  We are very excited that you have reached a time in your life to continue your faith journey.
