STAFF

Jill StevensonSince arriving in Washington, D.C. towards the end of the last century from southeastern Virginia, Jill Stevenson has worked in the field of communications promoting U.S. cooperative businesses and advancing co-op development. Twenty years ago, she decided to combine her love for history and cooperatives by moving to "Old" Greenbelt, Maryland to live "cooperatively" in the community housing co-op that bought and maintains the original Green Town settlement built by the WPA during the Great Depression. She has found working at Foundry to be a comforting and spiritual awakening experience.
